OBITUARY

HARRY H. EISELE

Harry H. Eisele was born March 21, 1896, in Malcom Township, Poweshiek County, the son of Charles and Frances Eisele. He passed away Wednesday morning, May 27, 1953 at his home near Grinnell at the age of 57 years, 2 months and 6 days. As an infant he was baptized in the Lutheran faith.

On September 12, 1918 he was united in marriage with Bernice Marie Ayres. They made their home near Malcom, for the next 22 years. In 1940 they moved to the present home 8 miles south of Grinnell. To this union two children were born.

He was a member of the B.P.O. Lodge of Grinnell.

He is survived by his wife and his two children, Fred of Omaha, Neb., and Frank of Kansas City, Mo. Also surviving are one grandson, Jim, two brothers George and Eli, and one sister, Mrs. Ernest Spading. Those preceding him in death were his parents and one brother Franklin.

Casket bearers were Teunis De Ruiter, Cleon Russell, Carl Boget, Edwin Lincoln, Earl Beyer, and John Goemaat. Interment was in Ivy Hill cemetery at Malcom.
