OBITUARY OF MRS. WM. P. WRAGE

Anna DeVinney Hartzell, daughter of Phoebe and John B. Hartzell was born at Moline, Ill., Jan. 20, 1849, and died at her home in Saratoga, Wyoming, Feb. 15, 1926.

She was one of the early teachers in the Sheridan schools. In 1879 she was united in marriage with Francis Lewis Orcutt, one of the early and influential citizens of Sheridan.

To this union were born three children, Helen, Lewis and Jay. Helen passed to the great beyond in 1887, Mr. Orcutt in 1887, Lewis in 1900.

In 1889 she was married to Wm. P. Wrage. To this union was born one daughter, Vera. Mrs. Wrage lived in Sheridan about thirty years. In 1905 they moved to Grinnell, where they lived about 10 years. Their daughter Vera was united in marriage with F.C. Hains of Franklin, Neb., and Mr. and Mrs. Wrage moved to Franklin to be near the daughter.

Six years ago they all moved to Saratoga, Wyo., which has since been their home.

She was a faithful Christian, a loyal Methodist but joined the Presbyterian church at Saratoga, there being no M.E. Church there. Her funeral was conducted from the Presbyterian church by Rev. Mr. Akona. Music was furnished by a quartette.

She leaves to mourn her loss a kind husband, a daughter, Vera Hains of Saratoga and a son, J.R. Orcutt, of Searsboro, eight grand children, Robert, Arthur, James and Harold Hains of Saratoga, Wyo., and Ruth, Gwendolyn, Doris and Clark Hartzell Orcutt of Searsboro, Iowa, one sister, Miss Minnie Wiltamuth of Des Moines and a host of relatives and friends.
