MRS. GALUSHA DIES IN NEWTON

Mabel Galusha died at the Skiff hospital in Newton Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, as the result of a paralytic stroke suffered at her home about 1:30.

Funeral services will be held from the home Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, and burial will be made in the family lot in Our Silent City.

Mabel Wright, only daughter of George Jay and Elsie Wright, was born in Kellogg July 7, 1885. Here she grew to womanhood and was graduated from the local high school with the class of 1902.

She was united in *marriage to Guy F. Galusha about 26 years ago and two children were born of this union, both of whom preceded her in death, the son, Jack, having died in 1930. The family moved to Newton about 16 years ago, where Mr. Galusha operated a grocery store until his death in 1924.

Her father died about 16 years ago and her mother, Sept. 19, of this year.

Surviving relatives include two brothers, Russell C. of Pasadena, Calif., and Jetson Jay of San Diego; two aunts, Mrs. C.W. Rowland of this place and Mrs. J.F. Slater of Johnstown, Pa.
