RITES HELD FOR TERRY AUDAS

Terry Audas, 41, of Montezuma died Friday, Nov. 12, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at United Presbyterian Church of Montezuma, with the Rev. Martin Gruneich officiating. Organist was Tom Sandholm, and pallbearers were Jim Fisk, LaVerne Jack, Keith Walsh, Roger McClure, Ed Milligan and Marvin Johnson. Burial was at the Jackson Township Cemetery.

The son of Walter and Myrle Stimson Audas, he was born June 15, 1941, in Grinnell. He graduated from Montezuma High School in 1960.

On Sept. 15, 1961, he was married to Jane Busby at Montezuma. He operated Audas Supply Co. and also farmed. Mr. Audas was a charter member of the Montezuma Flying Club, the Montezuma Lions Club and the Montezuma Jaycees.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Steven; one daughter, Stacy; his parents; and two sisters, Sherry Meppelink of Tama and Linda Lavent of Montezuma.
