C.F. MEHLIN

C.F. Mehlin, died at his home, 1601 Fourth Avenue, last Sunday of heart failure. He had been ill for a week but the end came suddenly. The funeral was held at the home at 2 o'clock this afternoon, conducted by Rev. J.M. Brown. The Odd fellows had charge of the services at the grave.

Mr. Mehlin was aged 69 years, 8 months and 12 days. He is survived by a wife and two sons, Theodore of Sheridan township, and Charles of Madison township.

Mr. Mehlin farmed in Sheridan township during his active life and for the past ten or fifteen years has made his home in Grinnell. He will be missed by many friends.
