GRACE KRUMM

Grace Krumm, 91, of Grinnell died of congestive heart failure Sunday, Dec. 16, at Friendship Manor.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tim Stewart officiating. Music was provided by Denise Baustian, organist, and Rhonda Minner, vocalist. Casket bearers were Larry Hoch, Keith Little, Dan McDowell, Dr. Phillip McCune, Howard Raffety and Norman Reiner. A graveside service was conducted Wednesday at Unionville Cemetery, Unionville, Mo.

She was born March 8, 1910, in Cincinnati, Iowa, to Harry Bernard and Lydia Ellen Stinson Foran. She was raised in Cincinnati and graduated from high school there in 1928.

She was married to Chess Pearson May 27, 1928, in Unionville, where they lived. She was a homemaker and a member of the Broadlawn Baptist Church.

Following Mr. Pearson's death, she was married to Verdie Stewart, also in Unionville. Mr. Stewart died in 1966, and she moved to Grinnell. She worked at the former McCurry's Cafe and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

On March 8, 1977, she was married to Rudolph Krumm in Kellogg. They lived in Kellogg until Mr. Krumm's death, at which time she returned to Grinnell.

She is survived by her sister, Edna Foran of Malcom.

She was preceded in death by her three husbands; her parents; five sisters, Margaret Bricker, Mabel Blankenship, Gladys Winkler, Frances Morse and Alma Foran; and seven brothers, Oscar, Edward, Delmar, Charles, William, Henry and Rall Foran.
