--A.B. Young died at his home in Rock Creek township at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, January 20th after an illness of three weeks. The cause of his death was typhoid malaria. Mr. Young was born in Kentucky and moved to Iowa in 1865. He has lived in Rock Creek township on a farm and has made for himself a wide circle of friends. The funeral was conducted from the Baptist church at Liberty at 2 p.m. Wednesday by Elder Fred Elmore.
