RITES HELD FOR FRANK POLLARD

Funeral services were conducted April 4th from the Parker Funeral Home in Fairbault, Minnesota for Frank Pollard, 17 year old son of the Harry Pollards, former Montezuma residents.

Frank was born in Montezuma on September 7, 1941. Shortly after that the family moved to Osage and later to St. Ansgar. In 1950 the Pollards moved to Fairbault where they have since made their home.

Frank was afflicted with muscular-distrophy since early childhood and had been a home tutored student since that time. He had reached the status of a junior in high school at the time of his death.

Frank is survived by his parents, three sisters, Mary, 15, Jean, 14 and Jill, 6.

Relatives and friends attended the service from Montezuma, Grinnell, Osage and St. Ansgar.
