KERMIT COOMER RITES HELD AT KELLOGG FRIDAY

Funeral services were held Friday at the Kellogg Christian church for Kermit Coomer, 39, resident of Kellogg since 1949 who died Tuesday evening.

Conducting the services was the Rev. Herbert Miller, pastor of the church. Interment was in Our Silent City cemetery at Kellogg.

The son of Elmer and Mollie Burton Coomer, he was born Sept. 5th, 1924, at Monticello, Ky., and resided there until moving to Kellogg. In December, 1947, he was united in marriage with Mildred Franklin at Monticello.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred; three daughters, Connie Lee, Patricia Ann, and Vicki Jane, all at home; four sisters, Mrs. Ray (Lulu) Burchett of Crawfordsville, Ind., Mrs. Dorothy Riggs of Crawfordsville, Ind., Mrs. Dallas (Orpha) Kennedy of Burney, Ind., and Mrs. John (Lora) Crider of Columbus, Ind.; and six brothers, Harvey and Harley of Kellogg, Norman of Newton, Odie of Monticello, Ky., Carl of Indianapolis, Ind., and Donald of Greensburg, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
