GEORGE BRADLEY FUNERAL TODAY; ACCIDENT VICTIM

Funeral services for George F. Bradley, 65, of Cedar Rapids, were held at the Smith Funeral Home today with the Rev. John DeLong, minister of the Methodist church officiating.

A former Poweshiek county resident, he died December 21st at Cedar Rapids of injuries received when he was struck by an automobile.

Born in Poweshiek county on August 9th, 1892, he was the son of Wilbur Bradley and Rosa Kinzler Bradley, both deceased. He moved to Cedar Rapids in 1944 where he was employed as a shipping clerk.

Survivors include one son, James, of Marshalltown; one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Evelyn) Hickman, also of Marshalltown; and four sisters, Mrs. Lou (Emma) Sieberth and Mrs. S.D. (Ruth) Inman, both of Grinnell, Mrs. George (Etta) Moore of Des Moines and Mrs. Grant (Edna) Wherry of Deep River.

Music at the final services was furnished by Mrs. Rhee Auman and pallbearers were Herb Decatur, George Decatur, Homer Lowrey, Jim Sarver, Ed Speth and Cliff Streck.

Interment was at Hazelwood cemetery.
