FORMER GRINNELLIAN DIES, CALIFORNIA

Grinnell friends have received word of the death on Oct. 23 of Dr. Harry Keener, 77, of La Jolla, Calif., and a former resident here. He was married to the former Mary Robison, sister of A.A. Robison, a Grinnell resident for many years and now residing in Marshalltown.

Dr. Keener was a retired Navy doctor, and was a Grinnell College graduate in the class of 1913. He had a brother, Vernon M. Keener, who is now deceased also, and who was graduated from Grinnell College in the class of 1910.

Dr. Keener's parents resided for many years on North Spencer Street in Grinnell, and will be well remembered by the old residents of the community.
