ADOLPH R. HIMSCHOOT

Adolph R. Himschoot was born May 16, 1900, at Victor, Ia., son of Peter and May (Vincent) Himschoot.

Adolph received his education at Victor and then began farming with his parents. On Feb. 15, 1927, he was united in marriage to Margaret Scott at Waverly and they farmed near Brooklyn. In 1940 they moved to a farm near Buckingham and later moved into Buckingham.

In November of 1987 Adolph became a resident of Sunnycrest Care Center in Dysart where he died Wednesday, May 10, 1989, at the age of 88 years.

Adolph was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, two sisters and two granddaughters.

He is survived by his wife Margaret of Buckingham, Ia., two sons Neal of Buckingham, Ia., and Robert of Waterloo, Ia., one daughter, Mrs. Leah J. Hamilton of Windsor Heights, Ia., one brother August of Ft. Meyers, Fla., as well as nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
