--We record to-day the death of Mrs. Julia Decatur at the home of her son, C.E. Decatur, Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock. Deceased had been a resident of Grinnell and vicinity for many years and leaves many friends to mourn her loss. She was in her 70th year. Her last illness was of about four week's duration, neuralgia of the stomach. She was not considered dangerous until Tuesday when she was suddenly taken worse. The funeral occurs this afternoon at the home of C.E. Decatur, conducted by Rev. Morris Bamford, deceased having been a faithful and consistent member of the M.E. church. Mrs. Mary Jones of Crandon, S.D., her daughter, is expected to-day noon to attend the funeral.
