ANNA C. DECAMP FUNERAL RITES SLATED TODAY

Anna Catherine DeCamp of Grinnell died Monday evening at a local hospital following a lingering illness.

Funeral services were held today (Thursday) at 2:00 p.m. from the James Funeral Home with Dr. G.S. Bruland of the Methodist church officiating. Organ music was furnished by Mrs. Kathleen Heffner.

Pallbearers were Raymond Vogt, Bill Vogt, Paul Vogt, Kenneth Vogt, Farrell Siehl, and Leo Wright. Interment was at Hazelwood cemetery.

The daughter of William F. and Wilhemina Brockman Vogt, she was born on Oct. 7, 1884, near Grinnell. She attended the public schools of Poweshiek county and was a member of the Methodist church.

On February 27, 1919, she was married to Wiliam DeCamp at Grinnell and they lived on a farm north of the city before moving to Oklahoma City 20 years ago. Five months ago they moved back to Grinnell.

She is survived by her husband, William, a sister, Julia Vogt of Grinnell, and her brothers, Harry, Clarence, and Grover of Grinnell, and Otto and Will of Malcom.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother and one sister.
