MRS. J.C. TALBOTT BURIED AT BROOKLYN

Mrs. Sarah (J.C.) Talbott died Tuesday at the Odd Fellows home at Mason City, where she had been staying for the past year. Death was caused by old age, complicated by a broken hip which she suffered a few weeks ago.

Mrs. Talbott was one of the oldest of the early Brooklyn settlers. She was born May 25, 1836, in Fostoria, Ohio, making her just over 90 years of age.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the home of her grandson, Owen Talbott, of Brooklyn.--Montezuma Republican.
