MRS. FINLEY CLINDININ

Angelina Frances Green was born in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, November 8, 1851, and passed away at her home on Sixth avenue, February 5th, 1915, aged 63 years, 2 months and 27 days.

She came to the city of Grinnell in 1870, and has spent 45 years of her life in this city.

In April, 1874, she was united in marriage to Finley Clindinin, who with their four sons, Russell James, Walter R., Frank F., and Charles E. with one grandchild, Walter, survive to mourn the loss of a faithful wife and mother. She also leaves three brothers and three sisters, to whom her quiet, consecrated life has always been an inspiration. In early life Mrs. Clindinin united with the Methodist Episcopal church, and remained a faithful member of that communion until called to become a member of the church triumphant, which is without fault before the throne of God.

Her highest ambition was to live to see her sons grow to manhood, and become established in life. This, her prayer and ambition, was granted, and she passed from this life feeling that her mission was accomplished. Of her it can be truthfuly said, "She hath done what she could," what higher tribute could be paid to wife and mother?

Rev. J.M. Brown had charge of the funeral at the house at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, and the burial was at Hazelwood.
