FUNERAL OF MRS. ELIZA M. FOWLER THIS AFTERNOON

Funeral services conducted by Rev. Chas. R. Rowe were held at 1 o'clock this afternoon from the Methodist church for Mrs. Eliza Melvina Fowler, who passed away at 6:30 o'clock last Thursday evening at a local hospital, aged 75 years, 3 months and 7 days. Burial was in Cedar Rapids.

Mrs. Fowler was the widow of J.W. Fowler, who for many years conducted the Maplehurst creamery in Grinnell. Of late years she had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Gus Otcheck.

In addition to Mrs. Otcheck, she is survived by two sons, Weaver of Cedar Rapids and Raymond of Boone. Carl Brown of The Herald-Register force is a nephew.
