Miss Bone died suddenly Saturday morning at the home of Mrs. Emma Groenenboom, where she had made her home the past four years. Well known in the community as an interesting conversationalist, she maintained her interest in life and received and enjoyed callers until her death.

In 1905 she became a member of the Montezuma Methodist Church. Until failing health curtailed her participation, she was an enthusiastic and active worker in the Church and the King's Daughters Sunday School Class. Since 1920 she had been a member of the Wisner Circle, G.A.R. and the Vashti Rebekah Lodge #113.

She was the youngest of eight children; her parents, four sisters and three brothers, preceded her in death.

She is survived by one cousin, several nieces and nephews.
