ALBERT RENAUD SERVICES TODAY

Albert P. Renaud, 67, of 525 High St., Grinnell, died Friday at his home.

Funeral services for Mr. Renaud will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at the Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. Sam Reaves, pastor of the Grinnell Assembly of God Church, officiating. Organist will be Naomi Reaves. Pallbearers will be Jerry Carter, Mark Innis, Dave Kester, Rickey Neville, Jerry Renaud Jr., and Marvin Taylor. Burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery.

A memorial has been established and friends may call the Smith Funeral Home for additional information.

The son of Eugene and Myra Jane Sherman Renaud, he was born June 2, 1911, at Lynnville. He attended the Lynnville schools. On July 19, 1935, he was married to Helen G. Pappas in Grinnell. Mr. and Mrs. Renaud made their home in Grinnell for all but four years when they lived in Newton.

Mr. Renaud had worked for the Rock Island Freight Co., the Farm Service Co., and Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. He was a member of the Central Iowa Barbecue Club of Knoxville.

Survivors include his wife; four children, Jerry A. Renaud of Fox Point, Wis., Mrs. David (Judy) Coffey and Mrs. William (Sally) Innis, both of Grinnell, and Michael Renaud of Tama; 14 grandchildren; and four brothers, George of Sprindale, Ark., Virgil of Mason City, Ernest of Grinnell, and Carroll of Loudonville, N.Y. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
