RALPH OGAN SERVICES HELD

Ralph W. Ogan, 78, of Montezuma died Friday, April 26, at Grinnell General Hospital.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Watts Funeral Home in Montezuma.

Memorials in Mr. Ogan's name may be made to Hospice Grinnell.

The son of Harry and Minnie Bell Chinn Ogan, he was born on June 13 1906, in Marshall County. On Aug. 14, 1928, he was married to Alma Eash at Marshalltown. They farmed in Marshall County and in the Ewart and Montezuma area.

After retiring in 1971, they moved to Montezuma.

Mr. Ogan is survived by his wife, Alma; one daughter, Shirley Lemke of Grinnell; one son, Ronald of Osceola; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one sister, Eleanor Green of Newton; and one brother, Elmer Ogan of Pompano Beach, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Ralph Ogan Jr.; four grandchildren; one sister, Myrtle Woods; and an infant brother, Lloyd.
