ROSE ROBISON SERVICES SET

Rose Robison, 88, died Wednesday morning at St. Francis Manor where she had lived since June 1976.

Graveside services for Mrs. Robison will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hazelwood Cemetery, with the Rev. Hugh A. Shiveley, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home Thursday and Friday prior to the graveside services.

The daughter of William and Sarah See Keenan, she was born in Washington Township, Poweshiek County.

She was married to James Leonard Robison on June 19, 1909. The couple had three children. Mr. and Mrs. Robison farmed near Grinnell for a number of years.

Survivors include her children, Mrs. Ralph (Alice) Bates of Newton; Mrs. Keith (Lenis) Porter of Rte. 4, Grinnell, and J. Leonard Robison of Grinnell; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1953; a great-grandson, Terry L. Benson, who died Aug. 31 of this year; two brothers, Francis T. Keenan and William Keenan; and three sisters, Mrs. Hazel Fetzer, Mrs. Margaret Beason, and Mrs. Minda Garrett.
