--A former Grinnell girl, Mrs. Katharine Ulmer, died at her home in Sioux City, Sept. 28, and was buried yesterday at Montezuma. Mrs. Ulmer was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Farmer, who 20 years ago lived on North Broad Street, Grinnell, but who now live at Ft. Rice, N. Dak. Mrs. Ulmer at one time attended Grinnell College and was a bright, promising young woman. She leaves beside her husband, one son, Francis, nine years old. Funeral services were held yesterday at Montezuma.
