FUNERAL HELD FRIDAY FOR MRS. CLYDE HALL
Funeral services for Mrs. Clyde (Robyn Marie) Hall of Brooklyn were held Friday, Oct. 20 at the First United Presbyterian Church. Rev. George Roquet had charge and burial was at the I.O.O.F. cemetery. Organist was Mrs. Ed Bartachek.
Pallbearers were Harry Hermanstorfer, Pete De Corte, William Lippincott, Leslie Ormiston, Eldon Miller and Gerald Manatt. Flower attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hawkins, Mrs. James Manatt and Mrs. Gene Rhinehart.
Mrs. Hall died at St. Francis hospital, Grinnell, Oct. 17, following a long illness.
Robyn Marie Pierson was born July 3, 1894 at Victor, the daughter of William and Mabel (Johnson) Pierson. She had lived in Brooklyn since her early years and was a member of the First United Presbyterian church here. She married Clyde Hall, Jan. 28, 1913. They were the parents of one son, Pierson, who died in 1960.
Survivors include her husband; two brothers, John of Georgia and Robert of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Genie of Texas and Mrs. M.S. Torance of North Carolina; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lottie Hall, Brooklyn; two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
