SERVICES HELD FOR HOMER G. HALL
Funeral services for Homer G. Hall were held at the Bramer Funeral Home, Brooklyn, Jan. 31 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. M.C. Shupe officiating. Interment was at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Brooklyn. Casketbearers were Lester Hall, Ray Hall, Lyle Hall, Pierson Hall, Clarke Hall and Roy Read.
OBITUARY
Homer Grant Hall, son of Orlando D. and Savilla Shuler Hall, was born on July 8, 1881 near Brooklyn, Iowa in Poweshiek County. He passed away January 28, 1959 at the Marengo Memorial Hospital at Marengo, Iowa at the age of 77 years, 6 months, and 20 days. He had been ill six years.
He is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Rose of Deep River and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Daniels of Belle Plaine; three grandchildren, Larry, Paul and Kathleen Rose; three sisters, Carrie Kensinger of Adrian, Mich., Kathryn Crider of Temple City, Calif., and Helen Berry of Marshalltown; and two brothers, Dr. H. Glen Hall of Neptune, New Jersey and Clyde Hall of Brooklyn.
