DOROTHY LAMB

Dorothy Lamb, 66, Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, of a heart attack.

Funeral services were to be held Friday morning, Nov. 22, at St. James United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids with graveside services at 2 p.m. in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Malcom. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

She was born Feb. 4, 1925 in Burt. She was married Oct. 25, 1944, in Brooklyn to Sheril Lamb. She was a secretary and bookkeeper for Pittsburg Plate Glass Company in Cedar Rapids for 11 years. She was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church and a 2000-hour volunteer at St. Luke's Hospital.

She is survived by her husband Sheril, Cedar Rapids; one daughter Barbara Hamilton, Cedar Falls; two sons Lynn Lamb, Shawnee Mission, Kan., and Edwin Lamb, West Des Moines; two sisters Irene Norris and Elda Daves, Cedar Rapids, and seven grandchildren.
