MABEL BRUMMETT

Mabel Benita "Nita" Brummett, 83, of Denver, Colo., a native of Malcom, died Tuesday, April 30, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center's Community Club in Aurora, Colo., with burial in Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver.

She was born in Malcom Feb. 26, 1913. She attended high school in Grinnell.

She was married to Leslie M. Brummett Feb. 17, 1941, in Blackstone, Va.

Surviving are her son, Ron of Highlands Ranch, Colo., and one granddaughter.

Her aunt, Mildred Winburn; her sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Lynch, and a cousin, Russell Winburn, live in Grinnell.
