JEFFREY P. BURCH

Jeffrey Paul Burch, 39, of Grinnell died Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A funeral service will be held Friday, May 16, at 1:30 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Keely Stein of First Assembly of God officiating. Pall bearers will be Steve Bailey, Steven Burch, Ray Hopkins, Sonny Lemke, Jim Riddle and Roy Rupe. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffrey P. Burch Memorial Fund.

He was born Jan. 29, 1964, in Grinnell, the son of Beverley and Willena Jochims Burch. He attended the Grinnell schools after which he continued to reside in the Grinnell area. He was a member of First Assembly of God.

He is survived by his mother of Grinnell; two sisters, Linda Norman of Loves Park, Ill., and Diane Hill of Grinnell, and five brothers, David, John, Ed, Kevin and Dan Burch, all of Grinnell. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Larry Burch Sr.
