FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR CLAUDE BADGER

Claude Badger, 81, of Gilroy, Calif., and formerly of the Grinnell and Newburg areas, died Thursday, Jan. 1 in a Gilroy hospital.

Mr. Badger had lived in the Grinnell and Newburg areas until 1956 when he moved to Gilroy to live with his son Harley Badger.

Survivors include one son, Harley, and five sisters--Mrs. Ed Butcher of Grinnell, Julie Spencer of San Jose, Calif., and Avis Badger, Wanda Bryner and Lorene Fusco of Sandusky, Ohio.

Mr. Badger was preceded in death by his wife in September, 1969.

Funeral services for Mr. Badger were held today (Monday) with burial in Gilroy, Calif.
