ARTHUR BOYD

The funeral of Arthur Boyd, of Malcom, a son of Former County Attorney and Mrs. H.E. Boyd, was held at Malcom at 2 o'clock this afternoon, He died last Wednesday evening in Montezuma where he and his wife had gone to stay at the home of Mrs. Boyd's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lamb, while the Lambs went away for a few days. Arthur had seemingly recovered from a severe attack of tonsilitis. That evening he complained of a difficulty in breathing. About 10 o'clock he suddenly jumped up and ran to the door gasping for breath. His wife ran after him and was just in time to catch him in her arms as he fell back dead. Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Boyd were on their way to Canada but their journey was interrupted and they were called home by the sad news of their son's death.
