IRENE LEFLER DIES IN OREGON

Irene J. Lefler, 87, formerly of Grinnell, died Saturday, July 20, in Coos Bay, Ore.

A memorial service will be held at a date to be announced and will take place at Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison.

Mrs. Lefler was born Feb. 8, 1898, in Washington Township.

She is survived by one son, Jack Lefler of Coos Bay; a brother, Viv Marsh of San Rafael, Calif.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Marsh Lefler.
