MRS. CECIL WILLETT

Flossie Brannian, daughter of John W. and Laurel Brannian, was born November 10, 1890, near Brooklyn, growing to womanhood in this community and was educated in the Brooklyn schools.

She remained at home and after her mother's death, kept the home for her father and brothers until her marriage on November 10, 1920. She was united in marriage with Cecil Willett. One daughter, Laurel Lorene, who survives her mother, was born May 20, 1922.

Through her long illness she was a very patient sufferer, always optimistic, cheered others while she herself was suffering. She truly gave herself for others.

She died Tuesday evening, February 20, 1923, at Oakdale hospital. The near ones survivng her are her husband, daughter, two step sons and brothers and sisters, Herbert, of Brooklyn; Alvin and Claud, of Deep River; John, Mrs. Maud Mitchell, Ross, Mrs. Pearl Connell, Clyde, Cecil and Guy, all of Brooklyn.

The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the home, just west of the city, conducted by Rev. E.W.F. Holler, pastor of the Presbyterian church.

A large concourse of friends were present to pay their respects to this good woman. Interment was made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery of Brooklyn.
