SERVICES HELD FOR WILLIAM BAIRD AT BLISSFIELD, MICH.

BLISSFIELD, Mich.--William J. Baird, 70 years old, of 132 South Main Street, died at Bixby hospital where he had been a patient. Mr. Baird had been ill for the last three years.

He was born Jan. 30, 1892, at Montezuma, the son of Robert and Emma Sackett Baird. He was married Oct. 2, 1912, to Rachel Shiflett and they lived in Iowa where Mr. Baird was a railroad employee until moving to Blissfield eight years ago.

Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Chester of Blissfield; four grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Allen Jordan of Montezuma, Mrs. Joe Herbrandt and Miss Emma Baird, both of Brooklyn.

The funeral was held at the Tagsold Funeral home, the Rev. Earl Davidson officiating. The burial was in Pleasant View cemetery.
