OBITUARY

HORACE MORGAN

Horace Morgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Milo Morgan, was born Oct. 30, 1861. He had lived most of his life in Poweshiek county. He died Dec. 4, 1956 at Clinton.

Recently he had lived with his daughter and her husband in Clinton. His wife, the former Marietta Peters, preceded him in death several years ago. Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. George Sweeney of Clinton; a granddaughter; a brother, Charles H. Morgan of Pleasantville, and a sister, Mrs. Louis (Belle) Buskirk of Manley, Neb.

Funeral services were held in Des Moines Dec. 7.
