MRS. FLOYD FISER

Wilma Benton Fiser,72, passed away at University hospital in Iowa City, Wednesday, Sept. 21, after a lingering illness. Services were held Saturday, Sept. 24, in Victor at the McAninch Funeral Home, Rev. John Rosenberger of the Ladora Methodist church officiating.

Mrs. Fiser was born in Brooklyn and attended the Brookyn schools. She was married Feb. 8, 1916, to Floyd Fiser of Brooklyn; four children were born to them. They farmed until a few years ago when they moved to Carnforth.

She was preceded in death by her son, Merle, her parents, one sister and four brothers. Survivors are her husband, Floyd of Carnforth, four sisters, Ada and Alma, both of Grinnell and Xavie and Tress, both of Seattle, Washington, by two sons, Wallace of Ladora and Leonard of Des Moines and one daughter, Phyllis (Mrs. Fred Hansen) of Victor and by fifteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Burial was in the IOOF cemetery in Brooklyn.
