GEORGE R. HAJNY

George R. Hajny, 70, 809 S. Cecilia St., died Sunday morning at his residence of an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Nelson-Berger Morningside Chapel. The Rev. Ronald R. Kitterman, associate pastor of Grace United Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Graceland Park Cemetery.

Mr. Hajny was born May 25, 1909 in Sioux City.

He married Freda M. Leach July 20, 1961 at Dakota City. He served in the United States Army during World War II.

Survivors include the widow; his mother, Mrs. Henry E. Johnson of Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Joann Holms of Larimer, Colo. and Janice in Florida and five grandchildren.
