NORRIS-SLAGLE

Margaret A. Norris and Vern Slagle were married Sunday, Dec. 19 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. The single ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. E.W.F. Holler in the Holler home.

Attending the couple were the bride's son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. John Norris. Also present were Mrs. Margaret Lause and family; three sisters, Mrs. Jake Norris, Mrs. Alfred Patten, Mrs. Lillie Hall; and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Norris of Grinnell.

The bride wore a soldier blue street length dress with black accessories. Mrs. John Norris wore a brown street length dress with brown accessories.

Immediately following the ceremony the wedding party came to the bride's home in South Brooklyn for a wedding dinner and reception.

The couple will make their home in South Brooklyn where the bride has been living.
