Mrs. James Hicks of Montezuma announces the marriage of her daughter, Hazel, to Glenn Sigafoose, son of Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Sigafoose of South English.

The ceremony took place Saturday at 5 o'clock in the afternoon in the Presbyterian parsonage at Montezuma, with the Rev. Mr. W.D. Ives officiating at the single ring service.

Present at the wedding were the bride's mother and Sgt. and Mrs. W.L. Pitka and daughter of Ft. Riley, Kan.

The bride wore an aqua blue suit with beige accessories.

Mrs. Sigafoose was graduated from the Montezuma high school in the class of 1940, and is now employed as assistant in the dental office of Dr. Clay Burkhardt. Mr. Sigafoose is a graduate of the South English high school and is employed as linotype operator with the Montezuma Republican.

Mr. and Mrs. Sigafoose will make their home for the present with the latter's mother.

The bride is the younger daughter of the late Jim Hicks, well-known racing driver of this vicinity. The Hicks family were for some years residents of Grinnell.
