PAUL NUTTING MARRIED JAN. 2

The marriage of Frances Atterberry, daughter of Mrs. Luella Atterberry of Kansas City, Mo., and Paul A. Nutting, son of W.B. Nutting of Grinnell, took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Holly Hammond, Platte City, Mo., at 5:30 Saturday evening, Jan. 2, 1943. The double ring ceremony was used, the Rev. Mr. J.N. Boyd officiating.

The bride's sister, Mrs. Alva Lou Anderson, played the wedding march from Lohengrin, and Mrs. E.C. Wuest, Jr., sang "I Love You Truly." The nuptials were attended by members of the immediate family.

The bride wore a white wool winter suit and a corsage of red rosebuds. Her attendant, Mrs. Wuest, was dressed in a black crepe suit with a corsage of gardenias. The groom's best man was E.C. Wuest, Jr.

Mrs. Nutting has been a teacher of Vocational Home Economics in the Platte City high school for the past two years. The groom is a graduate of Grinnell high school and Iowa State College at Ames. He is now a Staff Sergeant in the army and is stationed at the Aberdeen Training Ground, Md.
