MR. AND MRS. DARRELL SALYERS

Sandra Jean Kelly, daughter of Mrs. Delvagene Kelly, chose Christmas day for her wedding day, when she married Darrell L. Salyers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Salyers, all of Grinnell.

The double ring ceremony was read by Rev. E.E. Beattie of the United Presbyterian church at 2:00 o'clock.

The bride was dressed in a blue suit with navy and white accessories and wore a corsage of white carnations.

Mrs. Helen O'Brien attended the bride as matron of honor and wore a black suit with yellow accessories and her corsage was of yellow carnations.

Charles (Chuck) O'Brien was the groom's attendant.

The bride was graduated from Grinnell high school in the class of 1954 and is employed by the telephone company.

The groom attended Grinnell high school and is employed by the Grinnell city water department.

The couple are on a short wedding trip and will make their home in Grinnell upon their return.
