The Poweshiek Co. Prohibition convention is hereby called to meet at the G.A.R. hall in Grinnell, Wednesday, July 14, at 10 a.m. to elect seven delegates and seven alternates to the state convention in Des Moines, July 27 and to transact any other business that may come before it for consideration. All those favoring prohibition and the repeal of the Manufacture of liquor and Mulet laws are invited to be present and take part in the deliberations.
