MISS DORIS THOMPSON HONORED AT
SHOWER WEDNESDAY EVENING

Searsboro, Ia., May 19 Special:

Mrs. Frank Binegar of Grinnell and daughters and Mrs. Arley Binegar gave a shower for Miss Doris Thompson, their granddaughter and niece, at the I.O.O.F. hall Wednesday evening. The time was spent in games and writing household hints which the bride-to-be had to read. She received many beautiful and useful gifts. Refreshments of angel food cake, strawberries, whipped cream and coffee were served by a number of girl friends of the bride-to-be.
