Hazel Dell School

My mother thinks that her mother attended Hazel Dell School, in the Hazel Dell township, however we have been unable to locate any information about it. My mother has a picture of it taken in 1954, but believes it is no longer standing. If anyone has information on this school, where it was located I would most appreciate hearing from you. (Perhaps it was known by some other name)
