Eller Stoker
(July 28, 1816 - July 18, 1855)

DEATH.

Last week, one of our neighboring farmers - Eller Stoker - came to his death very suddenly and untimely. He was very hard at work in the harvest field - the day was extremely warm, and having become much heated by cradling, went into the water to cool off and in a few hours was a corpse. Mr. S. was an industrious farmer and a good citizen, and leaves a family and many friends to mourn his loss.
