Jeffrey A. Templeton, 18, of Omaha, and formerly of Council Bluffs, died May 16 in Omaha.

He was born Sept. 26, 1984, in Bellevue, Neb., and attended Omaha North and Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln high schools.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Rotha Booth.

Survivors include his father, Mike and wife, Cathy, of Council Bluffs; his mother, Teresa Davis of Omaha; two brothers, David and Greggory, both of Omaha; two stepbrothers, Eric Johnson and Michael Lee, both of Council Bluffs; one stepsister, Kelsey Lee of Council Bluffs; grandparents, Wilburn and Betty Templeton of Burleson, Texas and Dwight and Kay Thiel of Council Bluffs; grandmother, Bethel Davis of Palisade, Colo., great-grandparents, Wilburn and Vada Templeton of Whitney, Texas; great-grandmother Mabel Waddington of Cairo, Neb.; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation with the family will be held Monday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Prescott officiating. Burial will be in Garner Township Cemetery.
