Florence G. Babbitt

DES MOINES - Florence G. Babbitt, 82, of Windsor Heights died April 6 at Kavanagh House in Des Moines.

She was born June 4, 1920, in Council Bluffs. She was married to Robert W. Babbitt Sr. for 58 years and they resided in Des Moines.

Mrs. Babbitt was preceded in death by her husband.

She is survived by her children, Robert Jr. and Barbara Davidson, both of Last Vegas, and Florence Babbitt of San Francisco; her granddaughter, Deanna Farnell and two great-grandchildren, Rachel and Natalie.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be Thursday at noon at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
