In Memory: Evelyn Heesch

Graveside services for Evelyn Heesch, 83, of Red Oak was held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Avoca Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Schultz officiating.

Mrs. Heesch died July 27 at the Red Oak Rehab and Care Center.

She was born August 17, 1917, in West Union to Henry and Elsie Krueger and graduated from West Union High School in 1934. She lived at Iowa School for the Deaf and then worked as a seamstress in a factory in Waterloo. She and I her husband farmed near Avoca .

Mrs. Heesch was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy, in 1976.

Sellergren-Linden-DeMarce al Funeral Home in Red Oak was in charge of arrangements.
