Ronald E. Murray

The funeral for Ronald E. Murray, 61, of Loveland will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley.

Mr. Murray died March 6 at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

He was born Nov. 10, 1941, in Iowa City to Earl and Freda (Cooper) Murray. Ron attended and graduated from Missouri Valley High School. He was a machinist for many years, working at the Logan Auto Supply in Logan.

Mr. Murray and his wife, Diane D. (Hemmingsen), were married April 15, 1961, in Crescent.

Survivors in addition to his wife include sons, Jeff and wife, Debbie, of Honey Creek, Doug and wife, Amy, of Silver City; sisters, Roma Beebe and husband, Ron, of Blair, Neb., Kathline Michael and husband, Gary, of Missouri Valley; brother, Jim and wife, Elaine, of Logan; grandchildren, Kelly and Ashley Murray.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hazel Dell Cemetery in Logan.
