In Memory: Elaine Robuck

Funeral for Elaine Robuck, 60, of Mason City will be Tuesday at 1030 a.m. at Major Erickson Funeral Home in Mason City with the Rev. Richard Eichenlaub of First Christian Church officiating.

Mrs. Robuck died June 23 at NHS Clarkson Hospital in Omaha.

She was born April 5, 1940, in Oakland to Carroll F. and Opal G. (Strong) Needham and graduated from Oakland High School. She lived in Cedar Rapids for 25 years and worked for Rockwell-Collins. She moved to Mason City in 1983 and worked for Rockwell for a few years until retirement. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Mrs. Robuck was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard, on December 6, 1997.

Survivors include a daughter, Shellie Simon, and husband, Rick, of Rockford; two sons, Scott A. Park of Mason City; her mother, Opal Kruse, of Bellevue, Nebraska; four sisters, Margaret Renfield and husband, Gordon, of Red Oak, Carolyn Schnepel and husband, Marlyn, of Hancock, Diana J. Dahl of Atlantic and Rosie Rathman and husband, Paul, of Council Bluffs; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery in Mason City.

A memorial fund has been established.
