In Memory: Lucille Salmen

Lucille Bowles Salmen, 91, was born November 9, 1908 in Wellsburg, Iowa the daughter of Edwin A and Emma (Hunt) Bowles. She moved with her family to Persia in 1923. She graduated from Persia High School in 1927 and attended college.

She died December 28, 1999 in the Boise, Idaho Care Center in Boise, Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford, two sisters, Hazel and Dorothy and a brother, Bob Bowles.

She is survived by a sister, Ella Ruth Razee of Niland, California, three daughters, Joan Patrick, Mary Joyce Smith and Elaine McLain of Denver, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, other relatives and friends.
