Franklin "Frank" Emery Stephens III

Franklin "Frank" Emery Stephens III, age 51, of Council Bluffs, passed away on February 18, 2009, at Bergan Mercy Hospital, in Omaha, Neb.

Frank was born November 30, 1956, in Willows. Calif. He was the son of the late Nora M. (Beard) Pigman and the late Franklin E. Stephens.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert C. Stephens.

Frank will be sadly missed by his son, David C. Stephens; granddaughter, Kylee Stephens; stepsons, Zachary and William Vogl; all of Neola, Iowa; sister, Norine Strauser; brothers, James W. Brown and fianc� Melissa Blanchard, Marty Stephens, Ricky Stephens, all of Council Bluffs; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; special aunt, Lorine Lauck, of Yuba City, Calif.

Memorial service, Wednesday, February 25th, 2 p.m., at Mohm's Place, 1435 So, 15th St., Council Bluffs. Luncheon will follow.
